HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
WITH RIVER CITY BUTTONS

River City Buttons accepts orders by email, by phone, by fax, or by U.S. mail. You can even drop off your order form in person! At this time do not accept online orders.

Once you are looking at the order form, you’ll see the information I will need in order to process your order. When you have all of that information, you have several options.

1. You can print out the form, fill it out, and mail it in to:

2. You can print the form, fill it out, and FAX it to 612-455-2244.

3. You can pull the information off of the order form, copy it into an email, and send it in to me at: jeff@rivercitybuttons.com

4. You can call me and place your order over the phone.  612-703-6157

TO ORDER YOUR CUSTOM BUTTON:
There are so many options and possibilities for custom buttons, bumper stickers, and decals that there is no way to make an order form that will touch all the bases. So the best thing to do is to call Jeff and talk about it. You could also start by emailing me with your idea, and I’ll get back to you very promptly. Once we have talked, I’ll get to work on your design, or on making a new design based on your idea. I’ll give you an estimated price, or a specific quote if you prefer. Then I’ll send you a proof copy for you to approve or alter. NO BUTTON, BUMPER STICKER, OR DECAL WILL BE PRODUCED BEFORE YOU CONFIRM THE PROOF.

Once the design is approved, I’ll get to work making your order. We’ll agree on a due date.  Small orders can often be done in a day or two. Larger or more complex orders will take longer.  Unless you request faster service, I ship all orders via UPS Ground service. Sometimes I use the Postal Service. I’ll tell you the expected delivery date, and we both know that this will be an estimate, since any delivery people have occasional problems. But most orders within the U.S. seem to get delivered within 3-4 days of shipping.

If you are picking up your order at the shop, I’ll call you when it is ready for you and you can come by at your convenience.
